UNIVERSITY of Bradford Archery Club are having a try-it day at Park Avenue Cricket Ground on Saturday (11am-4pm).
Visitors are invited to try and hit the target and score a golden ten in Archery Great Britain's Big Weekend, in association with the Foresters Friendly Society.
The University of Bradford, whose members will be on hand to help and share stories about how they started in the sport, are among 60 host clubs throughout the United Kingdom, making it the sport's biggest weekend of the year.
Archery is an extremely inclusive sport, welcoming both young and old as well as the disabled, and families are welcome.
