BRADFORD Dudley Hill are hoping to provide coach Kenny Smith with the perfect send-off by earning promotion tomorrow.
Hill face Pilkington Recs in the National Conference Division Two Play-off Grand Final in what is Smith's last game before he steps down.
And, despite having to play the St Helens-based side on their own patch, the Bradford side travel with confidence as they bid to make an immediate return to Division One following last season's relegation due to not fulfilling a fixture.
Chairman Ronnie Smith said: "We're raring and ready to go and we want to see Kenny go out with a bang.
"We've beaten them twice this season but they were both narrow victories. Personally, I think if we can stop their scrum half (Daniel Lynch), we will do it."
Hill, who are taking a double decker bus full of fans over to Merseyside, have a couple of injury doubts over props Adam Jefferson (knee) and Anthony Lawton (broken nose), who are rated 50-50.
