MARK Lawn was happy to pour cold water on City’s Capital One Cup celebrations.
The joint-chairman promised that he would take part in the ice bucket challenge for charity – if the Bantams beat Leeds.
True to his word, Lawn took to the Valley Parade pitch after the game ready for a soaking – dressed in a tiger onesie!
Boss Phil Parkinson had nominated him after doing the challenge himself at the end of last week.
The City boss laughed: “Unfortunately I missed it because I was doing the press interviews. But I’ll watch the tape and have a good laugh.
“Mark is a character. This result will mean as much to him as any Bradford City fan because he is a dyed-in-the-wool supporter.
“He might be a bit wet but I’m sure he won’t mind one bit.”
Lawn has now nominated fellow co-owner Julian Rhodes, City legend Stuart McCall and TV presenter Harry Gration to follow suit – and he wants them decked out in the same attire!
