Forward Ryan Sugden will be hoping to make a belated debut for Farsley Celtic when visit Work-sop Town for the first time on Saturday.

Farsley were promoted last May and have faced every side in their new division bar the Nottinghamshire outfit.

Lee Sinnott's men moved up to joint fourth following a 1-0 win at Hucknall Town last time out. That gives them an advantage of nine points and seven places over their hosts.

Sugden was captured from neighbours Halifax Town last Friday but the registration did not go through in time for him to play at Hucknall.

That prevented him taking his bow in the royal blue of the Celts but Sinnott includes him in tomorrow's squad.

"I have known Ryan a long time. He was an apprentice at Oldham Athletic when I was a player there and I'm looking forward to having him in the squad because he will give us another dimension," said the manager.

"It was a wonderful result at Hucknall and a very good performance but that was last week.

"Once you start thinking you have cracked it then the problems start. You cannot rest on your laurels in this game," he added.

Farsley have skipper Carl Serrant back after work commitments kept him out last week. Centre back partner Ryan Crossley will also be hoping to return to full match-fitness after returning from a five-week honeymoon to play a big part in the victory at Hucknall.

Vice captain Chris Stabb is sidelined with an ankle injury and midfielder James Knowles is serving the second game of a three-match suspension.
