Jason Perry made the most of his recent promotion to opener in the third round of the Sovereign Health Care Priestley Shield.
The lead bowler, who started the season batting at No 5, made an unbeaten 100 in Keighley's seven-wicket derby victory over Bradford & Bingley in the third round.
Spinner Ashley Robinson had earlier taken 5-10 as Bingley were restricted to 144, Keighley knocking off the runs in 35 overs.
They join Morley, holders Hanging Heaton and Pudsey St Lawrence in the semi-final draw.
