Kyle Berry was the match-winner as Salts reached the Bradford & District FA Saturday Senior Cup semi-finals for the third consecutive season.
A goal in each half by Berry sealed a 2-0 win for the West Riding County Amateur League side as they dumped out last season’s beaten finalists Old Headingley.
Hunsworth are also through to the last four as two Lee Brook goals, backed up by Joel Farrar, Dale Wright and Alex McMahon, earned a 5-0 win at Old Headingley Reserves.
Izzy Mibrie struck at the double after Luke Hudson had put Thackley Reserves ahead on the way to a 3-1 home win over St Bedes.
Fields Sports completed the quarter-final line-up thanks to a comfortable 6-3 victory at TVR United, which saw Chris Wood’s double supported by Daryl Leach, Mat Hartley, Danny Cunningham and a John Penn penalty.
The semi-finals will see Hunsworth take on Thackley and Salts up against Fields, with dates and venues still to be confirmed.
County Amateur League domestic action saw Campion needing extra time before winning 2-1 at Steeton in the Premier Division Cup first round.
Jordan Aird edged Campion ahead in normal time and, after Andrew Foster had equalised for the hosts, Terry Hargreaves fired home the winner a minute into the additional period.

But Salts Reserves remain second bottom even after picking up a point from a 1-1 draw at home to top-five visitors Bay Athletic Reserves.
Dudley Hill Rangers stretched their lead at the top of Division Two to six points following a 5-0 home win over Hall Green United Reserves.
Roman Zurik led the way with two goals and the others came from Chris Gibson, Dominic Staunton and Wayne Broxholme.
Tyersal Reserves had Dave Scott, Anthony Busfield, Wayne Wright and Sean Pogson on target as they brushed aside second-bottom Tingley Athletic Reserves 4-0.
Basement side Bradford FC lost to Kirkburton Reserves for the third time this season as they bowed out of the Division Two Cup.
The 3-1 exit came after extra time and followed two previous league defeats.
