Only two West Riding County Amateur League teams – Hunsworth and Bay Athletic Reserves, who both play in Division One – head into this weekend with perfect records.

Hunsworth are also the league’s leading scorers, with 23 goals from their four games, with Joel Farrar and Dale Wright having netted five times each and Lee Brook and Jamie Bairstow pitching in with four apiece. On Saturday Hunsworth are at Lower Hopton, who have won three of their six games played.

Second-placed Ventus/Yeadon Celtic, who have won four of their five games, entertain Wibsey at Dame Lane, while third-placed Wakefield City will host Campion’s reserves side, who have drawn their first three fixtures.

In the Premier Division, Campion visit second-placed Golcar United, while Salts – who lost for the first time last Saturday at champions Bay Athletic – entertain Littletown.

Steeton are at Kirkburton, while Tyersal travel to Storthes Hall.
