Woodhall United are looking to recruit new junior players ahead of their inaugural season in the Craven, Aire & Wharfe League.
The club, which was started two years ago by chairman Afzal Hussain, has entered an under-16 team but want to attract players from year four to year 11 after seeing numbers drop recently.
Hussain said: “I want to get kids off the streets and help bring the community together. There is too much segregation within our own society and I hope that the football club can help improve this situation.”
If anyone is interested in playing or training for the club, contact Hussain on 07971-107880 or email woodhallunitedfc@gmail.com.
