Salts go into their final game of their West Riding County Amateur League Premier Division season with a trip to Bay Athletic on Saturday.

After returning to the top flight after many seasons floundering in the lower divisions, Salts surprised many by figuring at the top end of the table for most of the campaign, until sides who were unfortunate enough to have their games postponed in mid-season started to catch them up.

Campion, who require at least one victory from their final two fixtures to ensure their top-flight status, visit Marsden, who are three points better off but have played four games fewer.

Tyersal, who look like ending up in fourth place, entertain Golcar United at Arkwright Street, while  Steeton, who look to have lost out on top spot, host second-from-bottom Lepton Highlanders.

League Cup final dates - Monday, May 20: Division One, AFC Emley v Halifax Irish at Overthorpe SC (7pm). Wednesday, May 22: Division Two, Ovenden WR Res v Salts Res at Steeton (7pm). Friday, May 24: Premier Division, Steeton v Ovenden West Riding at Campion (7pm).
