Already missing several key players, defending champions Whetley Lane Vets lost two players through injury after just ten minutes in their defeat against Harrogate Vets in the semi-final of the West Riding County Vets Cup.
This cost them dearly as Harrogate, losing finalists from last year, went on to win 6-0.
