West Riding County Amateur League Premier Division leaders Steeton will want nothing less than three points from their trip to bottom-placed Overthorpe on Saturday.

The Chevrons, who are bidding for their first ever County Amateur top-flight title, are eight points clear of second-placed Ovenden West Riding but have played three games more.

The Halifax side entertain Campion at Natty Lane, while Tyersal, who with three successive wins have moved into fifth place, are at Kirkburton.

After two consecutive defeats for Salts, which has seen their top-two bid diminish, they travel to Golcar United. Along with Ovenden, Golcar are one of just two clubs in the top flight who have not lost at home in the league this season.

Meanwhile, the Bradford & District FA Saturday Senior Challenge Cup semi-finals take place next week.

On Monday, West Yorkshire League Division One side Old Headingley take on Tyersal at Fields FC. On Wednesday, Fields reserves meet Salts at Eccleshill United. Both ties kick off at 7pm.
