Yorkshire were bowled out for 426 inside 80 minutes' play on day two against Durham at Headingley.

Ryan Sidebottom and Jack Brooks shared 46 inside 13 overs for the last wicket to help their side a fifth batting bonus point with one ball of the 110th over to spare.

Yorkshire had resumed on 367-7, and Durham were given nine overs to face in response before lunch. They reached 20-0.

Seamer Mark Wood finished with 5-87 from 24 overs, including the wicket of Steve Patterson caught behind with a rising delivery for 17 this morning. Tim Bresnan had been caught at second slip off John Hastings.

When Sidebottom swept Scott Borthwick’s leg-spin to deep mid-wicket in the 116th over to fall for 25, it left Durham with just over half an hour’s batting before lunch. Brooks finished with 27 not out.
