SIR – Apropos of the Brownlee brothers’ (pictured) success in the Olympic games, and the comments by “Prisoner Cell Block A” (Postings From Our Website, August 10) that they “don’t live in Bradford and weren’t born in Bradford”.
That may be so, but they didn’t go to Leeds Grammar School but did their early sports training at Bradford Grammar School.
Certainly there should be some sort of celebration for them in Bradford.
