SIR – Is Councillor David Green able to promise the people of Bradford that if Leeds votes for a mayor and Bradford does not, it will not mean that Bradford will fall even further behind Leeds and that in effect it will end up with our city being ruled by a so called “Metro Mayor” model from Leeds with Bradford really having no effective voice of its own?
