SIR – To those who are still undecided on the postition of a mayor for Bradford – if in doubt say no!
Once the decision is taken there is no going back. The position of Mayor means great power to that individual. Remember the last referendum of entry into Europe and the promises that were made then. Who, in hindsight, would vote the same way again? Though personally I have never found anyone who now admits to voting for entry into that old boy’s club.
