SIR – The T&A (December 27) published a picture of flats under the heading New Homes Set To Replace ‘eyesore’.
The picture showed what to my mind was a view of an utterly charming small block of flats each suitable for one or two people.
Right in the centre of Bradford, they could be refurbished and be just as desirable as the flats in mill conversions. Look at them again, please.
For business people they have a lot to recommend them; takeaways, supermarkets, market and public transport to all parts of the city and environs.
This looks like another case of developers looking to make money out of the people of Bradford and not in any way a service for Bradfordians.
