SIR – The construction of a new food production plant by Hull-based CK Foods in Ripley Street, West Bowling, looks like a real positive for Bradford.
It will be even more so if it becomes the first phase of a food manufacturing ‘cluster’ near the city centre, as council chiefs hope.
