SIR - How can planners even contemplate the closure of the bottom of Moorhead Lane? Have they not seen its traffic census?
How would the thousands of residents of Moorhead and Nab Wood have access to Shipley?
Also there is the peak-hour congestion of Toller Lane to Bradford.
Do planners go on site, or simply look at maps? Either way, they have very little common sense.
