SIR - I read the article about Skipton Road day centre and the changes to mental health care (T&A, September 12).
The city centre day centre I attend, Walker House, has 90 members, 75 per cent of whom will be excluded under the new regime.
Care in the Community is Chaos in the Community and once again the poorest and most vulnerable in society are being let down by penny-pinching pirates.
These decision-makers don't even live in Bradford; they live in affluent areas in the outskirts.
The whole thing stinks. People in mental distress truly are the last oppressed minority.
