SIR – I sometimes wonder what planet some of your contributors are on in the ‘Postings From Our Website’ section.
Take, for instance, Collos (T&A, April 13), who stated that the number of people who attend church could fit into a large front room.
On Sunday, April 10, there were 80 people attending St Paul’s, Manningham, and another 30-plus at St Barnabas, Heaton.
You would need a pretty big front room to accommodate 110 people!
And don’t worry, Collos, your taxes don’t support churches, we all pay our way, and in addition support all manner of community projects, the most recent being the Inn Churches winter shelter for the homeless.
