SIR – On Sunday, April 10, my husband and I went for a lovely walk on the Great Northern Railway Trail at Cullingworth.
Unfortunately, this was partly spoiled by all the horse droppings (16 piles on the Hewenden Viaduct alone). I appreciate dog owners need to clean up after their dogs, but what about horse-owners?
They could at the very least try to keep as near to the edge of the walkway as possible.
