SIR – Re the article on the new bus shelter in Hall Ings (T&A, July 26).
Has the person who designed this new ‘shelter’ in Hall Ings ever stood in a bus queue on a winter’s day in horizontal sleet and general frozen gloom? I think not.
What happened to common sense? ‘Less is more’ is all very well, but in this case, ‘form should follow function’ would be a better motto.
