SIR – What the Odeon needs before our ‘enlightened’ Council bulldoze it forever, is an iconic champion(s) to speak in its favour, someone like Paul McCartney or Mick Jagger, for example.
I know they played there in the mid-sixties when they were not as famous.
If this building is such an eyesore, why is it nearly always featured in promotional photographs of Bradford?
