SIR – I agree completely with the view expressed by Philip Davies MP about the Community Pride paper which is distributed to every house in the area.
I always look through it, but always wonder what proportion of people even bother to pick it up, let alone read every page.
Tony Reeves tells us that it only costs about 11p an issue. But is this just the printing and distribution cost, or does it also include the cost of staff compiling it?
