SIR – I have followed with interest the development of the Bradford FreeCityBus service following the trial of electric trams some 18 months ago.
I note the intention to include in the route the university and college, yet a major part of the city’s economy, namely Little Germany, is excluded.
The Westfield Broadway development has severed direct contact with the remainder of the city yet there is no attempt to rectify this (as transient as the need may be) in the introduction of the Bradford FreeCityBus service I would urge both Metro and Bradford Council to revisit the route of the Bradford FreeCityBus to include Little Germany, at least until such time as “normal service” has been resumed Malcolm Swallow, Swallow Partners Limited, Chapel Street, Little Germany
