SIR - Recently there has been speculation in the T&A about more sightings of UFOs.

All the laws of physics would point to the fact that they cannot exist.

Einstein's theory of relativity would point to the fact that nothing can travel faster than the speed of light 186,000 mps.

Using Newton's theory that to every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, theoretically if an object like an electric torch were to possess no mass and switched on in a perfect vacuum, it would shoot of at the speed of light.

Even in deep space though, there is not a perfect vacuum.

The fact pursuing though that flying saucers do exist, they are usually attributed to what the police term a domestic.
