SIR - I'm glad Mr Dallas and his friends have not received their new free bus passes.
Not for any malicious intent you understand, but here was I thinking I was the only one and mentally gearing up for the inevitable endless battle with some outsourced call centre.
Now that I find myself in such good company I feel positively relaxed about the whole sorry mess. Why am I not surprised?
I think it is a fact of life these days that we expect to experience administrative failures in all walks of life from governments losing our data to new airport terminals in chaos on opening day in spite of years of planning.
Roll on 2012. In the meantime, when may we expect to receive our bus passes?
