SIR - This past 18 months, I have been really misguided.

I voted to remain in the EU, but having read today’s papers, and heard the new that the new British passport will no longer be made in Gateshead and production will now move to the France.

These are the kind of trade deals we need.

Move production from British companies to companies in the EU, the very place we decided to leave to strike deals elsewhere.

Makes you proud to be British, that British passports are no longer going to be made by British companies.

Rule Britannia, eh?
