SIR I'm becoming increasingly sick and tired of all the anti Russian propaganda spewing forth from both the British government and the mainstream press.

The attempted murder of the former intelligence officer and his daughter have added grist to the mill, with fingers pointed at the Russians before much investigation had even been done.

Let's not forget that the substance used is not held by just one party alone. We have it and I'm quite sure the Americans do, too. It would greatly serve US purposes to kill a retired double agent then let the blame rest elsewhere.

Strange, though, how it suits the UK to accept so much Russian money into London - and, allegedly, donations to the Tory party - yet it squeals when things turn ugly.

Perhaps it's time everyone just calmed down, had a cup of tea - and stopped messing in the affairs of others.
