SIR - After reading Heather Pilkinton's letter (T&A, June 20), I must add my resounding agreement in praise of the service Dyson give.

My Dyson cleaner is about six years old and I recently decided to have it serviced. The man who came to fix it does all the Dyson's in the Bradford area and so was probably the same one.

I also noticed that the people on the end of the phone were very helpful. You can really tell you are dealing with an company who put customer care at the forefront- it shows and pays off.

Well done to Mr Dyson. I hear he has very hands on approach, still goes to the office and even has all his staff to his house for the occasional party.
