SIR - I think there should be a public inquiry, into the state of Bradford city centre, which is a laughing stock, throughout the country, with giant piles of earth in Broadway, shops closing all the time.
They are also pulling or going to pull, down parts of Bradford which could be renovated and be an asset i.e. New Victoria which could enhance the Alhambra.
Why don't these people who oversee Bradford redevelopment admit they are no good and let somebody else have a go at picking the pieces up and trying to reconstruct Bradford in a similar image to other cities.
This should be possible. They take enough money off council tax payers to do this.
Let's get rid of this construction site image.
