SIR - I am sorry to hear from Dennis Moran (Letters, February 25) that he appears to be tired of the same old opinions of regular contributors to this page.

I respect his views but feel that I should remind him that we are nearing probably the most important general election in decades, and despite his views people are rightly concerned about the outcome and feel compelled to comment on the subject.

Can I suggest that he should ignore the T&A letters page and pick up a copy of one of the daily tabloids to be royally entertained by letters to an agony aunt in order to satisfy his under stimulated intellect.

Colin Durkin, Moffat Close, Bradford
