Free parking must be part of plans package
SIR - It is presumed that next month, when our planning councillors approve the application for improved vehicular and pedestrian access to the Forster Square Retail Park, they will specify that free parking for a specified period will continue irrespective of whether the shopping is being done in this complex or not.
This was a condition of the original planning approval.
There is no legitimate reason why it should not be maintained.
