SIR – I failed my 11-plus at school and started work at 15 but I have never begrudged anyone a decent education or a decent standard of living.
I want to see a world where people reach their full potential without being discriminated against.
So where Tory and Labour MPs were educated is not the main point for me, what defines them is their attitude to the poor in our society and we currently have a government that is cold and callous towards people who are not members of their circle.
The letters of D S Boyes don’t seem to understand that.
He writes with such predictability, bash Labour followed by a plug for Ukip.
But when it comes to being old Etonians, spin doctors and Oxbridge graduates, Ukip is no different than the rest.
