SIR - I write to commend Bradford Hospitals Foundation Trust based on my recent experiences.
Falling down the stairs is not the best way to celebrate the festive period, however despite doing so the caring and helpful staff at accident and emergency on December 29 at BRI were extremely effective and efficient.
I saw a health professional within ten minutes of arriving and at the point of departure I had visited four separate departments within the busy A&E in under 90 minutes.
My follow-up appointment was even more efficient with happy, courteous staff supported by helpful literature, knowledgeable doctors who take the time to explain conditions and eager-to-assist reception staff.
I was extremely satisfied with the care I received and would like to say a big thank you and well done to the A&E staff at BRI.
