Afraid of royal family?
SIR – The recent comments by Prince Charles in which Russia’s Vladimir Putin is likened to Hitler and the Nazis is close to the truth in my view, but may I point out there are double standards here.
I note how quick the leading politicians have defended Prince Charles. If that had been anyone else, they would have been shot at dawn, including the Prime Minister David Cameron. Some even being sacked.
It just goes to show when it comes to the Royal family, politicians back away. Royalty are one balance of power politicians are afraid of as clearly demonstrated.
