Care on ward at BRI was brilliant
SIR – After spending four weeks at the BRI, I felt I had to write about the excellent care I received while on Ward 3.
The staff were so caring and pleasant from the doctors, nurses, tea ladies and cleaning staff, nothing was ever too much trouble for them.
When I came home I had help from the council Home Care team to wash and dress me and received the same dedicated care that I received in hospital. I would like to thank each and every one of them for I am now well on the road to recovery.
