No protest vote
SIR – According to Councillor Glen Miller, Ukip votes are protest ones.
Surely all Conservative votes are protest ones against the policies of every other opponent.
I’m sure my colleague Jason Smith will give him a good run for his money in the forthcoming elections and Glen Miller may replace his Moonlight Serenade with his swan song A String Of Pearls – a favourite of his namesake.
