SIR – Re T&A, February 1. Another insult against Bradford. What about other cities and towns in West Yorkshire not to mention the rest of the country, with big people, couch potatoes?
I am over 70 and walk twice a week with two walking groups; one for the over-50s with some members 80-plus; the other group is Walking for Health “Champions Show the Way”. I have been a walk leader with them for ten years.
There are Champion groups all over Bradford and beyond, and walks every day of the week if you so wish.
Perhaps your could include a front page picture of one of the many walking groups in Bradford.
