Sir – Regarding ‘Future of business site to be decided’ (T&A, August 26).

The utilisation of a disused, and destined to be derelict, industrial site was said to be “wholly unacceptable development in this unsustainable green belt location”. Industrial? Green belt? Perhaps these terms have interchangeable meanings back on their home planet!

Denholme Storage is to be commended for its enterprise and ambition in revitalising a moribund site and creating opportunities for new jobs, or am I missing some subtle point?
