SIR – If motorists don’t want to see their vehicles being seized by Bradford Council over unpaid parking tickets, they should heed no-parking signs, cease leaving their vehicles with two wheels on the pavement forcing pedestrians to use the road, misusing designated disabled areas and stop parking on double yellow lines, etc, etc, then they will not be penalised.
They make a rod for their own back.
