SIR – For clarity, the Labour Council has a huge budget, and they have chosen to squander it instead of protecting the most vulnerable. This is not directed by the coalition, it is their responsibility.
A Labour Government created the debt burden that is still crippling public finances today, and they should not be trusted again, locally or nationally.
Only my party can be trusted to deliver a stronger economy and a fairer society. That’s the point.
