SIR – I was in the Bradford Market (the Oastler Market) this Saturday. One of the stalls, which was recently unoccupied, has now been taken over by Bradford Council.
The Council had officers handing out details of a proposed City Centre Action Plan (CCAP).
How many of these have they had over the recent years? A sign above the display of maps and leaflets stated the proposed CCAP would be valid until 2028! Fifteen years!
Who does Coun David Green think he is? Even Joe Stalin didn’t go beyond Five Year Plans.
