SIR – Re your story in the T&A on the subject of a supermarket in Shipley to replace the scrap yard.
We need another supermarket like we need a hole in the head. If you remove the scrap yard and build a factory and make something useful, I would understand.
In this day and age, we will profit more from a scrap yard than a supermarket.
