SIR - Does anyone have a photograph of Carlton Street School around 1938 or 1939 that I could copy, although any period when it included infants would do? From my research it appears that it burned down, or it was replaced by the University.
I was evacuated from this school (infants) in 1939 and when I returned to Bradford on a visit it had gone. Each time I research in Bradford I pick up bits of information but I can never home in on the school.
