SIR - Regarding the Interchange toilets, I use the toilets on a regular weekly basis and cleaning is often in progress.
The male cleaners must be more disgusted than you Mrs Stevenson (T&A, November 2) at the state of the toilets left by females. Rose-coloured glass would not help.
I told the cleaner the hand dryer had not been working properly for several weeks and the following week it had been replaced.
