SIR – Re ‘Slow drivers a problem’ (Letters, October 26). What he does not realise is they are driving at the speed stated on the road signs – plus it is £60 points on your licence.
There are more speed cameras around these days. Twice this week I’ve been flashed at by cursing drivers six inches from my rear bumper and have been overtaken on a road with traffic parked on both sides.
If a child had stepped out, it would have been awful. Then he would be thinking, “why did I do that?”
