THE West Craven Area Committee has awarded a £2,000 grant to Barnoldswick Town Football Club to make drainage improvements at their ground.
“They’ve had problems with drainage, and this a project that they want to get done in the closed season,” said Councillor David Whipp, chairman of the West Craven Area Committee.
Cllr Whipp said the club has also been given a grant by Barnoldswick Town Council to carry out the work.
