Where’s the progress?
SIR – Godfrey Bloom states (Letters, April 5) that he buys everything locally in imperial units. However, I doubt very much that he buys fuel for his car in gallons.
Never mind, at some point, he will be joining the other dinosaurs. As someone once noted, progress proceeds from funeral to funeral.
