SIR – I see that arrogant and rude bully Andrew Neil being has been put firmly in his place by, of all people, a Telegraph journalist.
A recent edition of the BBC’s This Week had Liam Halligan telling us what Neil refuses to believe, the actual truth of the Ukrainian crisis. His take on the issue could have come right out of a left-wing paper.
But don’t worry, the preceding Question Time was true to type with the panel and audience almost exclusively looking to escalate the “cold war” on Russia with two notable and excellent exceptions.
I’m not a great fan of Vladimir Putin, but he seems to totally outflank his opponents and the similarity with Neil being shown up as the bumbling fool he is is just wonderful.
